Interaction of the four fields of competence using the example of CX Management
The perfect interplay of our four fields of competence is an essential prerequisite for success in a customer experience management project. We need the consulting competence to win the organisation over to the topic of the customer and to establish a systematic management process. We use the market research competence to set up effective feedback systems. Employees need training and coaching to derive measures from customer feedback and to put them into practice. Dashboards to bring customer feedback to the right places in the company and tools for working with the feedback are designed and created by our employees in the Business Analytics & Solutions competence area. A broad-based team is also extremely valuable for the continuous further development of the approaches (e.g. connection with CRM).
