Andreas C. Müller
Andreas C. Müller joined MSR Consulting in 1991 and as Managing Partner is responsible for the automotive sector and vehicle construction as well as industrial manufacturing.
His main focus is on the consulting topics dealer network development and sales and after sales management in the automobile industry. He has comprehensive experience in supporting manufacturers and importers of various brands (premium and mass market) in projects in Germany, Europe and the Middle East. Thanks to his many years of experience he is very well connected with manufacturers as well as in the trade. In addition, he advises media companies in their orientation of products and services towards changing customer requirements, as a result of digitalization.
In addition to a high competence in the development of concepts Andreas C. Müller places his focus on the successful design and implementation of change processes. To him, measurable results in his consulting work are the benchmark of success.
Next to his professional activities he is involved with the institutions of CJD Braunschweig, Kunstsalon Köln and the initiative “Musik in den Häusern der Stadt”.
Before joining MSR Consulting he worked as consultant for personnel and organization development for SIPA Consulting, and as assistant for the University of Saarbrücken. He studied Psychology in Saarbrücken.
